How does the refill process work?
Once your bottle is nearly empty, order a refill or subscribe. We will ship a new bottle with a metal cap. Simply swap your existing pump onto the new bottle, and use the provided return label to send the empty bottle back to us for cleaning and reuse.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with premium, natural ingredients like aloe vera and are free from sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. We offer 'Scent Free' options specifically designed for those with high sensitivities.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that return shipping for the aluminum bottles is always free as part of our circular reuse program.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All Plaine Products are Leaping Bunny certified, meaning we never test on animals. Our formulas are strictly vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
